Flexible Rental Options: Duplex Suite 1 boasts a unique design with a first and higher floor. The first floor includes one King bed and a shower, while the second floor offers another King bed, a shower, and a mini projector area.
For your convenience, we offer flexible rental options:
Photo Shoot Slot: 10 hours (08:00 AM - 06:00 PM)
Video Production Slot: 12 hours (06:00 AM - 06:00 PM)
Overtime (OT) Fee: 1,500 Baht per hour, starting from 06:00 PM onwards.
Suite Selection: In addition to Duplex Suite 1, we offer Suite 2 (40 sqm) and Suite 3 (40 sqm) on the second and third floors, respectively. These rooms are equipped with all the amenities you need for your creative projects. Half-day and full-day rental options are available for all our suites to accommodate your schedule.
Roof-Top Option: Don't miss the opportunity to book our rooftop space (Roof-Top 4) on the fourth floor, complete with an open area and dining space. It's the perfect add-on for those renting the main rooms.

Electrical System: For your video, film, drama, and studio-based projects, our studio provides an electrical system, including air conditioning. While we encourage you to bring your own equipment, you may use our electrical system if needed. However, please note that in the event of power failure or electrical issues leading to any damages, the studio will not be held responsible in any way.
